Shortcut Go puts you in a high-speed arcade racing game where victory depends not only on speed but also on your ability to collect planks, build bridges, and choose shortcuts. Instead of running on the regular track, you can create your own path on the water to overtake your rivals and reach the finish line faster. Collect planks, open shortcuts, and outrun all your rivals to claim first place!
Gameplay
Your mission in Shortcut Go is to collect as many planks as possible and use them to build bridges across the water. Shortcuts significantly shorten the distance, but if you run out of planks midway, your character will fall into the water and have to start over.
Run across the stacks of planks on the track and stockpile them before deciding to build a bridge. A well-timed shortcut can leave you far behind the other six competitors. Don't use all your boards too early. Observe the road ahead and always keep a sufficient number of boards to complete the next sections of water.
Upgrade for faster performance
Before each Shortcut Go race, you can use diamonds to upgrade your character. Diamonds can be obtained through races or in-game rewards. Notable options include:
- Increase speed: Makes your character run faster.
- Increase jumping ability: Makes it easier to overcome difficult sections.
- Increase starting board: Provides more resources to create shortcuts early.
- Speed Boost: Increases speed for a short time.
- Slowdown: Slows down opponents and creates an advantage.
